摘要：Foam (15) is produced continuously by mixing water with a foam former (32), inparticular shampoo, and feeding air into this liquid mixture (12) of water and foam former
(32), which is placed into a liquid tank (10) level-controlled by means of a float switch (13)for resupply in accordance with consumption. Compressed air is introduced as requiredinto the liquid mixture (12) for foaming, and foam (15) is thereby produced in the liquidtank (10) above the level of the liquid mixture (12). The water is fed in a separate waterfeed line (20) at the set pressure and/or rate. In the same way, the foam former (32) is fedin a separate feed line (30) at a metered rate by means of a metering pump (33), andwater and foam former are mixed in the liquid tank (10) or before they are introduced.The float switch (13) controls the feed of water and foam former (32) as a function of theliquid level (14). In a separate feed branch (40) compressed air is introduced into theliquid mixture (12) in the liquid tank (10) whenever foam (15) produced is taken off, andthe mixture is whirled up, forming foam (single figure).
