个人认为二楼太过书面化用语
一看就知道没有在国外呆过的人。。
如果楼主需要的话，我可以给楼主更好的建议。。就看你要不要了
A：(after B hang off) Hi Pal, are you ok? Seems you are kind of sad?
B:(SIGH) Well, yes, a little bit annoyed, I just called one of my good childhood friends, and he told me he got a very serious HBV,after he finished his routine medical examination.
He was very anxious to get cured, but the doctor told him that he can't recover very soon, he has to take pills, take good rest, control the mood, do exercises, etc.
However he wanted to find a better hospital to cure, maybe which will offer better suggestions.
I'm trying to get some good hospitals from the internet, do you have any ideas about hospitals, which are strong in curing HBV?
A: Well, actually so far as I know, HBV is not so terrified, I know there are some hospitals which are famous for curing HBV,wait a second, I need to check my laptop, I got some records over there.
(when A is checking his laptop): Also I heard I heard nowadays, scientists are doing research on Genetic code, I do think that one day, in the near furture, HBV will be cured completely

够XXX的，尤其最后一个，还说别人写的不好，自己头句就写kind of sad。还说别人是不是都没在国外呆过，你chinglish自以为是的时间太长了吧。表达看到对方情绪不好或面色不好的最简单口语是why the long face?
上一次我的美国老师对我说的是i saw you look somber 我开始怀念她了。
